Lime marmalade, 9.5 oz

The bright, fresh flavor of lime. There's nothing like it.  And it's the only flavor we make that offers a single flavor in the jar. We break our own rule for this one because it's so perfect the way it is. Lime and only lime.

Because it's a marmalade, the peel is suspended in the jelly. Lime peel is different from lemon and orange peel. It's a bit thinner and a bit tougher. We cook it twice and soak it for two days to tenderize it, but you'll notice the difference. Don't let that worry you though. It's just a part of the delightfully rich experience that this marmalade offers your mouth.
